Lundahl Transformers accept payment through VISA or MasterCard credit cards for customers were we have no distributor.

For maximum safety on both parts, we use the following credit card procedure:

1. Quotation / Order form
   Send us (via email or fax) a request for an order form for the transformer types and quantities you wish to buy.
   We will send you an order form with transformer types, quantities, prices and administrative charges printed, and with space for the additional information we need. The order form will also include expected delivery delay. (Sample order form in PDF format)
   (NOTE! We do not register the order in this step!)
   
2. Order
   If you accept our quotation, you fill out the order form, sign it and mail or fax it to us.
   (We require a signed copy of the order. Thus we are unable to accept credit card orders through email)
   
3. Acknowledgement.
   We do normally not acknowledge your order unless the indicated lead time can not be met.
   
4. Payment and deliveries
   For stock orders, your credit card is charged the day the goods are shipped.
   For non-stock orders, we reserve us the right to charge 1/3 of the total amount when we receive (and accept) the order. The rest is charged when the transformers are shipped.
   
   
5. Additional costs
   In some countries you may have to pay tax (VAT) and customs fees when picking up your parcel at your local post office. We have no information on where such additional costs apply, nor their size.
