Picture 1: Correct air-gap (paper or plastic film
of desired thickness) are placed in both coils.
Picture 2: The second core half is inserted.
Picture 3: Extra insulation film is cut to desired
length.
All transformers are tested
for correct function (including correct air-gap) and for electrical insulation.
Picture 4: The sealing strip (1mm iron sheet strip)
is placed in position...
Picture 5: ...and is bent carefully.

Picture 7:...and finally spot welded. The extra flanges
are then cut off and the transformer is ready for testing and curing process.
